General terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all rental contracts of Rentfactory AG.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all rental and service contracts between Kühlwerk GmbH and its customers.
2. Conclusion of contract
Rental requests submitted online are non-binding. The contract is concluded upon our written order confirmation.
3. Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs plus VAT. Transport, assembly and cleaning flat fees are stated separately.
4. Payment
Invoices are payable within 30 days. New and private customers may be required to pay in advance.
5. Use of rented equipment
The equipment must be used carefully and for its intended purpose. Subletting is only permitted with written consent.
6. Applicable law
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Ottenbach.
